Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, seeks an Industrial Electrical Technical Designer III to lead electrical design on industrial process projects. You will supervise and guide EITs and designers, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure code-compliant drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

Graduate of an ABET-accredited engineering program (Electrical or Electrical Engineering Technology).
7–18 years of design and leadership experience in industrial, electrical, MEP, or multi-discipline firms with knowledge of codes.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee electrical engineering design on large-scale industrial projects.
Coordinate, supervise, and communicate across multi-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical design with other disciplines.
Provide QA/QC reviews and mentorship for engineers and designers.
Prepare scope and fee proposals for electrical portions of projects.
Respond to RFIs and assist in bidding and construction phase services.
Travel up to 20% as needed.
