Job summary

Lincoln Electric, a leader in welding and cutting solutions, seeks a Sales professional to grow distributor networks and drive revenue in a defined territory.

You will market and support brazing, soldering, and welding consumables, manage accounts, deliver forecasts, and provide technical guidance to distributors and end users. A bachelor’s degree and 4 years of sales experience are required; preference for candidates in the central U.S. with a $80k–$100k salary and 40% target bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or marketing from a four-year college or university.
• Applicable professional training and/or 4 years sales experience.
• Preferred candidate resides in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, N. Dakota, or S.Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Attract and develop distributors to market HPG products.
• Evaluate under-preforming distributors and develop plans.
• Maintain understanding of market needs and movements.
• Deliver reporting on sales pipeline with forecasting in Salesforce.com.
• Serve as technical lead for key accounts outside territory as needed.
• Develop end user demand for HPG products via marketing and training.
• Develop and implement promotional programs to meet sales goals.
• Monitor territory payment levels (DSO) and report monthly to Regional Sales Manager.
