Outward Hound is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to lead product design and innovation across our brands. You will shape the future of both hard and soft goods, delivering emotionally engaging, character-driven products for dogs and cats.

The role requires 6+ years of design experience, a bachelor’s in Industrial or Toy Design, and strong skills in CAD, prototyping, and manufacturing. Collaborate cross-functionally to create safe, durable products that delight customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Toy Design required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from opportunity definition through commercialization.
• Create emotionally engaging, character-driven products with broad consumer appeal.
• Design across dog and cat products, spanning plush, textiles, molded toys, and hybrids.
• Develop tech packs for handoff to soft goods development teams and suppliers.
• Maintain brand identity and high standards of design refinement.
