Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to lead the design and development of innovative, user-centered retail products from concept through production. The role combines creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to balance user needs, business goals, manufacturing requirements, and brand identity.

The designer will collaborate with engineering, human factors, marketing, product management, and manufacturing teams to deliver compelling solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial design within product development.
• Strong portfolio showing commercial product designs from concept to production.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating prototypes and evaluating designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities from concept through production release.
• Develop design strategies and language systems aligned with brand.
• Create sketches, renderings, and CAD models to communicate intent.
• Incorporate user research, ergonomics, and usability requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
