Job summary

TEAMS Chicago is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer who can contribute to our design quality and project realization with their experience, creative flair and technical expertise. The role blends hands-on design with client interaction in a fast-paced, studio setting.

At TEAMS, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, strategists and communication experts on global client projects, mentor junior designers and drive concepts from sketch to prototyping.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in industrial/product design.
• Strong portfolio across multiple product categories.
• Advanced sketching, visualization, CAD modeling, and rendering with SolidWorks, Rhino, Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of VBL, CMF, platforming, materials, and manufacturability.
• Translate direction into concepts, models, prototypes and presentations with consistency.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Confident in leading presentations and communicating design rationale.
