LG&P Agency in the United States is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer who thrives on turning early ideas into buildable, polished designs for consumer products and retail environments.

You will lead projects, translate open briefs into clear direction, and work with clients and internal teams. The role offers fully remote work with optional on-site presence near Paramus, NJ HQ, and requires a strong portfolio and expert 3D skills in Cinema 4D, SolidWorks, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• 8-10+ years of professional industrial design experience.
• Portfolio showing versatility, rapid iteration, and clarity.
• Mastery of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• Strong presentation skills—you can win over a room with visuals and ideas.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing quality or momentum.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from concept to delivery for cutting-edge consumer products and retail experiences.
• Translate creative briefs into clear creative direction and compelling concepts. Work either autonomously or in close collaboration with our internal strategy resources to integrate relevant shopper insights and brand immersion strategies into the solutions they develop
• Work directly with clients, designers, account leads and multiple internal teams to move projects forward fast.
• Produce multiple options, variations, and iterations for review—quickly and at a high standard.
• Create beautiful 3D models, renderings, and presentations (Cinema 4D, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite).

This role demands a designer who thrives in environments with minimal briefs, multiple stakeholders, and rapid iteration cycles. The ideal candidate is as comfortable working independently on a full project as they are guiding junior designers - translating open-ended client input into clear creative direction and actionable tasks. If you’re adaptable, fast on your feet, and know how to cut through the noise to deliver killer design work, this is your stage.
