About the Role

As Senior Director of Design & Advanced Development, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary creative and engineering team responsible for developing groundbreaking ideas that define the future of our product portfolio. What We’re Looking For

A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design Engineering, or a related discipline that combines technical expertise with creative vision.
10+ years of experience in product design and development, ideally within high‑volume consumer goods or technology‑driven industries.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates concept‑to‑market impact, design storytelling, and successful commercialization.
Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams and developing top design talent.
Hands‑on ability to visualize and communicate design intent through sketches, 3D models, and physical mock‑ups.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
Deep understanding of manufacturing methods such as injection molding, casting, and sheet metal fabrication.
Technical proficiency with SolidWorks, Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
A passion for building great products that merge form, function, and emotional connection.
