Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Delivery Leader - Senior Manager to own client relationships end-to-end across plant operations, IT and data leadership, and to sell and shape new work while guiding multiple concurrent engagements.

You will build and grow the practitioner team, set direction on engagements, advise on governance across IT/OT, and represent IDO externally. Travel about 50% as needed; compensation range noted.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial operations, OT/process control, or IT/OT convergence.
• 5+ years in client-facing leadership roles.
• 5+ years across strategy and delivery with direction setting and execution.
• Experience building or growing a team or practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, CS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end across plant operations, IT, and data leadership.
• Sell and shape new work: lead pursuits, build business cases, close engagements.
• Lead delivery across multiple engagements, with quality and client satisfaction.
• Build and grow the practitioner team: recruit, coach, develop, retain.
• Set direction on engagements and roll up sleeves when needed.
• Advise on governance, stewardship, and IT/OT organizational design.
• Bring deep OT and data grounding to conversations with plant engineers and CIOs.
• Shape the IDO offering as the practice matures and represent externally.
