5+ years multi-workstream delivery with architecture focus.
5+ years cloud data platforms; 2+ years Databricks and AWS exposure.
8+ years consulting or industry; 3+ years technical delivery leadership.
3+ years coordinating onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience.
Ability to travel ~50% of working time based on client needs.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead core delivery execution for industrial data and analytics engagements.
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and manage client-facing communications.
Translate technical work into practical delivery plans and maintain momentum.
Own design oversight of data integration between OT sources and cloud platforms.
Review offshore data engineering output and guide architectural corrections.
