Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Leader - Senior Manager to guide Industrial Data Operations across client engagements in the United States. You will own end-to-end relationships, lead multi-engagement delivery, and build a strong practitioner team while shaping the practice as it scales.

With 10+ years in industrial operations and a demonstrated ability to lead strategically and operationally, you will deliver outcomes that meet client needs and drive growth, traveling ~50% as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial operations, OT/process control, or IT/OT convergence.
• 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role with delivery responsibility.
• 5+ years spanning strategy and implementation with directional leadership.
• Track record building or growing a team or practice.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel ~50% of time based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end with plant, operations, IT, and data leadership.
• Sell and shape new work, lead pursuits, build business cases, close engagements.
• Lead delivery across multiple engagements ensuring outcomes and satisfaction.
• Build and grow the practitioner team: recruit, coach, retain.
• Move between strategy and execution, set direction and execute.
• Advise on governance, stewardship, and IT/OT organizational design.
• Bring OT and industrial data grounding to conversations with engineers and CIOs.
• Shape the IDO offer and point of view as the practice matures.
• Represent IDO externally in alliances, forums, and eminence content.
