Job summary

WiSC Enterprises, LLC seeks a Senior IC/SCADA & Industrial Controls Engineer to join our team in Reston, VA. You will apply ICS/BMS expertise to understand complex facilities, produce formal deliverables, and provide engineering guidance across programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial control systems, a strong control-systems background, and the ability to brief senior government officials. Active TS/SCI clearance or Top Secret with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with industrial control systems and/or complex building management systems.
• Strong background in control systems engineering and electrical or mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Experience with complex industrial process controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief and engage with senior government officials.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience or Master's with 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Use tradecraft exploitation tools, intelligence sources, and engineering expertise to characterize selected facilities.
• Provide engineering guidance and technical judgment throughout the characterization process to produce accurate intelligence assessments.
• Develop formal products and deliverables in support of customer requirements.
• Support the development of innovative approaches to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Brief senior government officials on capability trends, findings, and analytical assessments.
