• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise across industrial control systems and complex building management systems.
• Strong background in control systems engineering and related disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior officials.

Responsibilities

• Characterize facilities using tradecraft and engineering judgment.
• Provide engineering guidance to produce accurate intelligence assessments.
• Develop formal products and deliverables supporting customer requirements.
• Support innovative approaches to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Brief senior government officials on capability trends and analyses.
