• Ten plus years in industrial construction, mining, energy, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience leading field teams and managing contractors/subcontractors.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to construction teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee field execution to meet safety, schedule and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and client representatives.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Monitor progress, productivity and schedule performance.
• Identify challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and align with project requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling and execution of construction activities.
• Participate in meetings, progress reporting and site coordination.
• Promote safety culture and lead by example in the field.
• Support commissioning, turnover and project closeout as required.
• Mentor field personnel and provide leadership.
