Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Civil Project Manager local to the Greenville, SC area. The candidate will oversee project direction, planning, budgeting, and execution across civil construction efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and at least three years of project management experience, including civil estimating and safety leadership. Travel and field presence are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or background in civil project management.
• Experience with project management concepts; ability to plan and deliver.
• Minimum of three years in project management; civil estimating experience preferred.
• Experience in people management and commitment to industrial safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall direction, coordination, implementation and completion of projects.
• Lead planning, define scope, goals and deliverables for projects.
• Develop full-scale project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate project staff and manage costs and resources.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and implement changes as needed.
• Close projects with customer review and identify areas for improvement.
