Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial construction projects. The role focuses on coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on budget, schedule, and risk management.

The position is based onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, with required travel/relocation to Memphis, TN for the project duration. A strong background in industrial construction and project controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with project controls, budgeting, and schedule control.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and change orders.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for 2-3 years to the project location in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
