Job summary

Bilfinger North America is seeking a Construction Manager to lead detailed planning, scheduling, and management of self-perform projects on large chemical or manufacturing plants. You will prepare work packages, ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets, and align with client expectations.

Responsibilities include project management, estimating, subcontractor management, scheduling, and regional travel in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial construction
• Experience with piping, tanks, conveyors, foundations
• Strong knowledge of construction methods
• Experience in producing detailed estimates
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects within budget and schedule
• Prepare design packages for constructability and estimates
• Develop and manage detailed project scopes and budgets
• Coordinate procurement, subcontracts, and site activities
• Ensure safety compliance and quality on site
