Job summary

OasisConstruct UAE in Los Angeles is seeking an Industrial Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, blending industrial design with client collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial design, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, plus solid knowledge of building codes. You will work independently and as part of a team on challenging urban projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plans for industrial buildings and facilities.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide project progress updates.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
