Job summary

BrightHire in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to lead the design and supervision of industrial buildings and facilities. You will collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors to deliver projects that meet codes and zoning requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and is proficient with CAD software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for design projects.

• Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed according to plans and within budget.
