Job summary

BrightHire in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to lead the design and supervision of industrial buildings and facilities. You will collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors to deliver projects that meet codes and zoning requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and is proficient with CAD software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
Strong knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop design proposals for industrial buildings and facilities.
Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for design projects.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations in all designs.
Work closely with engineers, contractors and other architects to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed according to plans and within budget.
Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
