5+ years of direct experience managing INDOT and INDOT LPA projects.
Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Good oral and written communication skills.
Valid Driver's License with acceptable record

Responsibilities

Familiar with company, client, government and industry standards.
Observes and monitors construction for compliance with contract documents and approved shop drawings/material submittals.
Records field observations and determines acceptability of construction work.
Coordinates construction activities with owner and assists Project Manager on construction related issues.
Prepares and maintains project records in accordance with standards.
Coordinates quality assurance testing, inspections and surveys.
