Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience with INDOT and INDOT LPA projects.
• Familiar with company, client, government, and industry standards.
• Observes and monitors construction compliance and records field observations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Construction Inspection for projects.
• Prepare reports outlining the work performed and quality for payment.
• Coordinate with the owner and assist the Project Manager.

Skills

Managing INDOT and INDOT LPA projects

Ability to read construction documents

Knowledge of construction techniques

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Valid Driver's License

Education

High School Diploma

INDOT certified technician or Construction/Civil Engineering degree
