EY is seeking a Senior in State and Local Tax (SALT) with focus on tax controversy to join our Financial Services Organization. The role offers exposure to a growing practice, opportunity to advance tax technical skills, and collaborative mentorship within a hybrid work model.

The selected candidate will advise on indirect tax regulatory changes, support compliance and reporting for public and private entities, and help develop strategies across multiple jurisdictions while traveling as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Typically 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Experience in indirect tax legislation and impact assessment.
• Ability to drive process improvement and optimization.
• Strong client communication and relationship skills.
