EY in the United States seeks a Senior in Indirect Tax who will advise on state and local tax matters and support compliance for public and private entities. The role focuses on developing strategies, operating models, and efficiency improvements across tax processes with regular client interaction.

You will leverage tax knowledge and analytical skills in a collaborative, hybrid environment, traveling as needed and partnering with a team of professionals within EY’s SALT practice.

Qualifications

• Strong tax technical skills and experience in tax research and writing.
• Experience in indirect tax refund and recovery review.
• Proficiency in tax planning and optimization.
• Knowledge of audit quality and remediation techniques.
• Ability to drive process improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities
