Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a seasoned sourcing leader based at the Normandale campus in Minnesota to own the U.S. Facilities, Construction and Corporate Services categories.

You will guide end-to-end sourcing across Normandale, Shakopee, Longmont and Fremont with select global support, influence capital construction programs and factory expansion, and partner with engineering, legal and finance to deliver value and resilient operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in indirect sourcing or procurement for facilities and construction.
• Proven ability to lead capital construction sourcing including core/shell, MEP and interiors.
• Strong RFP and bid-management across scope definition, supplier qualification, evaluation and award.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites and time zones with senior stakeholders.
• Professional certifications CPSM, CIPS, PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. category strategy for Facilities, Construction and Corporate Services from planning to handover.
• Lead the commercial strategy for major capital construction programs, including bids and awards.
• Run disciplined RFPs and supplier evaluations across maintenance, janitorial, security, and more.
• Negotiate contracts and SOWs to optimize value and risk.
• Develop a rolling multi-year U.S. project pipeline with milestones and savings targets.
• Present strategies and results to senior site and functional leaders.
