Job summary

SoundOff Signal is seeking an Indirect Buyer to source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services for the company. You will manage supplier relationships, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and drive cost-efficiency across indirect categories.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in indirect procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP systems. The role may offer some remote work flexibility within a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of purchasing experience in indirect procurement.
• APICS/CPM/CPSM or similar certification preferred.
• Indirect procurement with a global supplier base and high expenditure.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote SoundOff Signal’s core values in daily interactions.
• Ensure purchasing decisions comply with QMS, controls, and contracts.
• Develop sourcing strategies across indirect categories with cross-functional partners.
• Onboard suppliers, evaluate performance, negotiate payment terms and Incoterms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and supplier negotiations.
• Resolve purchasing, invoicing, and delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Prepare data-driven reports for stakeholders.
