Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven technical consultant to join our Services team. You will lead incident response engagements, perform forensics across multiple platforms, and develop advanced hunting techniques to uncover threats at scale.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external counsel and key stakeholders. You will also contribute to thought leadership through blogs and public speaking, while maintaining strong client communications and a proactive security

Qualifications

• Leadership in matrixed consulting environments.
• Experience in incident response investigations for orgs.
• Background in computer forensic analysis in IR investigations.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and tools (Bro/Zeek, Suricata).
• Reverse engineering capabilities for malware analysis.
• Ability to craft targeted remediation plans for compromises.
• Strong network architecture and security experience.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP incident response methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication of findings to clients.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements.
• Develop and deploy methods to hunt for adversaries across large data sets.
• Coordinate intrusion investigations with outside counsel.
• Perform host and/or network forensics on Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Conduct basic malware analysis.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Share thought leadership through blogs, CrowdCasts and public talks.
