Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Staff Cyber Security Specialist to lead incident response engagements and strengthen security operations. You will serve as a technical authority, mentor peers, and drive improvements across our MDR program for a diverse customer base across Europe.

You will work with cutting-edge tooling and collaborate across intelligence, military, consulting, CERT, and tech teams. This senior IC role reports to the Director of Security Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response or DFIR.
• Proven ability to independently lead cybersecurity incidents end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber incident response engagements from intake through recovery.
• Act as technical lead during investigations and coordinate response activities.
• Mentor junior and medior responders to raise team maturity.
• Contribute to playbooks and operational processes for incident response.
