Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead incident response engagements for global clients, including Fortune 100 organizations. You will hunt for adversaries, conduct intrusions investigations with legal teams, and perform forensics across multiple platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, malware analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to executives, regulators, and legal teams. Remote-friendly with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in a matrixed consulting environment.
• Incident Response: experience conducting or managing investigations for advanced threats.
• Computer Forensic Analysis using investigative tools to determine scope of compromise.
• Network Forensic Analysis: strong knowledge of protocols and logs.
• Reverse Engineering: understand malware capabilities through static/dynamic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements for clients.
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large datasets.
• Work with outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations.
• Perform host and network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Perform basic malware analysis and report findings clearly.
• Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders.
