The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in incident management and significant leadership experience. You will be responsible for optimizing solutions and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in incident management, critical issue engineering, or similar technical operations field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in the Incident Management space.

Responsibilities

• Lead Incident Response for mass-impacting issues.
• Engage directly with internal and external partners to deliver optimized solutions.
• Responsible for overall program communication and risk escalation.
