Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager (M3) to lead the OCI Incident Management team in the US, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to minimize downtime and improve service resiliency. You will mentor regional teams, coordinate cross-functional responses to major incidents, and drive adoption of best practices and automation.

This leadership role requires collaboration with senior executives and resilience in a fast-moving cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional incident response team
• Oversee cross-functional incident resolution with executive communications

• Promote thorough documentation and lessons learned
• Monitor performance metrics and address systemic issues
• Collaborate with engineering/product leaders to shape roadmaps
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents
• Participate in on-call rotation including occasional weekend support
