Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to lead critical incident response across AI data center infrastructure. You will act as the central command during major incidents, ensuring rapid triage, cross-team coordination, and structured post-incident analysis.

The role requires deep expertise in high-availability infrastructure, GPU clusters, networking, and cloud or hybrid platforms, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience managing incidents in large-scale distributed infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, GPU compute clusters, networking and storage infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead high-pressure incident response situations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SRE, or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the response to critical (SEV-1/SEV-2) incidents impacting AI infrastructure and data center services.
• Serve as Incident Commander during major outages, coordinating across engineering, networking, facilities, and vendors.
• Provide updates and status summaries to leadership and external teams during incidents/post-incidents.
• Own the incident lifecycle from triage and escalation to resolution and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain incident documentation, runbooks, and post-incident analyses to improve reliability.
