Qualifications

• Professional designation like AIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a large inventory of complex claims to evaluate compensability and liability.
• Plans and conducts complex investigations to confirm coverage and determine liability and damages.
• Negotiates settlements and reserves within prescribed authority; may attend arbitrations or trials.
