Job summary

TD2 Oncology is seeking a Research Associate III - In Vitro Pharmacology to lead tissue culture activities and perform cell-based assays. You will collaborate with Vivarium staff to support in vivo pharmacology and contribute to protocol planning, ensuring study objectives are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years of direct in vitro pharmacology experience or 6+ years of cell culture experience, with strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years direct in vitro pharmacology experience or 6+ years cell culture experience with no degree
• Experience in tissue culture techniques and other in vitro cell based assays is required
• Immunology assays experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead tissue culture activities including thawing cell lines, passaging, and general culture tasks
• Develop and troubleshoot new and existing assays, procedures and cell lines with vendors
• Oversee the quality and integrity of tissue culture banks
• Provide training and mentoring to junior team members
• Execute additional techniques such as Flow cytometry, Western blots, ELISA, qPCR as needed
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Participate in weekly lab meetings with progress updates
• Ensure lab equipment is operational and schedule preventive maintenance
