UNIQLO Milpitas is seeking a Visual Associate to support store visual merchandising in line with brand standards. Reporting to the Visual Manager, you will adapt direction to store needs and inventory, creating compelling displays to drive sales.

You will maintain presentation quality, ensure accurate signage, and partner with management on seasonal merchandising. The role requires retail experience, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the floor with proper signage.
• Support seasonal merchandising presentations and new visual initiatives.
• Monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Create appealing displays to drive sell-through and react to business needs.
• Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
