Job summary

On is seeking a senior retail marketing leader to strategize and implement in-store activations and campaigns across North America, aligning B2B wholesale and DTC initiatives with brand experiences in retail environments and events.

The role reports to the Sr. Lead - Retail Marketing Operations, NA and focuses on delivering premium, high-impact moments that connect consumers with the On brand in stores and within regional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail marketing or integrated marketing planning for premium brands.
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience shaping in-store brand experiences and campaigns across B2B and DTC channels.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic mapping and implementation of in-store marketing initiatives across B2B and DTC projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional and global priorities.
• Coordinate with external partners to plan, produce and execute retail initiatives on time.
• Lead assets for new store openings and regional in-store experiences.
