Job summary

Responsibilities include completing First Article inspections, filling AS9102 Rev C, ensuring calibration of tools, and coordinating with the Quality Department while adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficient reading and writing in English to follow procedures and report results.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude.
Solid shop math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience reading prints and understanding product specifications.
Ability to use gauges and follow calibration requirements.
Familiarity with intranet and process document retrieval.
Experience with mechanical testing such as shear and tension.
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

First Article complete form knowledge.
Filling out AS9102 Rev C.
Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
Performs Trouble shooting on Test Machines.
Program Keyence and able to trouble shoot.
Assist in coordinating for Quality Department needs.
Ensures tools / equipment meet standard and calibration requirements.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
