Qualifications

• Current license appropriate to the role’s scope is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience with commercial door and access mechanisms.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service locking systems and door hardware across multiple properties.
• Perform preventive maintenance on frames, hinges and operators.
• Assist with installations and upgrades of physical access systems.
• Coordinate with building management and contractors; document work performed.
• Respond to after-hours incidents involving entry hardware or access devices.
