You will own the litigation hold process, manage discovery in Everlaw, calendar depositions (including experts), and help prepare mediation materials and position statements, joining depositions virtually with counsel.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a large law firm, in an in-house legal department, or both.
• Strong eDiscovery skills (Everlaw experience is a big plus).
• Experience issuing litigation holds and coordinating document collections.
• Experience calendaring and supporting depositions, including expert depositions.
• Experience helping prepare for mediations, including drafting position statements.
• A strong sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines without things slipping.
• Experience working with outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.

In-House Senior Litigation Paralegal (Remote / Engagement-to-Permanent)

If you're an experienced litigation paralegal looking for more ownership, closer work with attorneys, and no billable hours, this role is worth a look. Latitude is working with a leading company that is adding a Senior Litigation Paralegal to its in-house Legal Department. This is a remote role, with occasional trips to Nashville (a couple of times a year) for team meetings.

You will be a key member of a small litigation team. You'll own the litigation hold process from issuance through collection, manage discovery in Everlaw, keep expert depositions and other key deadlines on track, and help prepare mediation materials and position statements. You'll also join depositions (virtually) alongside litigation counsel, so you'll be close to case strategy and handle the follow-up that keeps matters moving.

This role starts as an engagement through Latitude, with the goal of converting to a permanent position with the company. The client is hiring for a long-term member of its team, and the engagement gives both sides a chance to make sure it's the right fit.

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
