Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our in-house legal team on a range of business matters. You will organize files, track deadlines, and help move cases forward in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a paralegal certificate and 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience handling litigation or pre-litigation matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters, organizing files and tracking deadlines.
• Support intake of new legal claims by gathering details and preparing insurance reports.
• Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
• Build relationships with vendors, insurers and brokers for clear communication.
