Uline is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our in-house legal team in Waukegan, Illinois. In this role, you will manage various litigation matters, assist new legal claims, and build relationships with vendors. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, a paralegal certificate, and over 5 years of experience, ideally within a corporate environment. Position Description

As a Litigation Paralegal at Uline, you'll play a key role in supporting our in‑house legal team on essential business matters. Use your legal skills to help drive cases forward and make an impact in our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of litigation and pre‑litigation matters, by organizing files and tracking deadlines to ensure timely case progression.
• Support the intake of new legal claims by gathering details, assisting investigations and preparing insurance reports.
• Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, insurers and brokers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Paralegal certificate.
• 5+ years in a law firm or corporate setting. Experience in the insurance industry a plus.
