Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic recruits nationally and is looking for a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The position is based at our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other risk areas.
• Handle multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high-stakes proceedings.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry partners, ensuring compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
