Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic

Join our legal team to support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and related risks. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as you deepen your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry.

Qualifications

• COVID‑19 vaccination
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
