You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with US and international legal frameworks. Requirements / Qualifications

• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial experience. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
