Senior Trial Attorney – Madison, WI

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. The position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and conduct risk mitigation counseling.
• Draft motions, briefs, take depositions, and conduct oral arguments.
