Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Temple, TX is seeking a scheduling supervisor to coordinate in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. The role supports delivering safe, person-centered home care and requires supervisory or caregiving experience. Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
6 months of industry experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area.
Oversee the new hire process and ensure timely completion of documentation.
On-board and train new branch Administrative employees.
Create and adjust work schedules based on client care plans and needs.
Ensure care plans are followed and client services are uninterrupted.
Maintain and monitor attendance, performance, and conduct per policy.
