Qualifications

• Must have strong time-management and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response.
• A heart for vulnerable seniors and meaningful companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping in client homes.
• Encourage and support clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients for medication times.
• Assist with shopping and meal planning/preparation with clients.
• Support mobility and accompany clients to appointments or outings.
