Visiting Angels of Bowling Green is seeking an In Home Personal Aide to support seniors in South Central Kentucky, offering flexible scheduling, health insurance, PTO and weekly pay. This role helps clients with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility in-home while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with medications reminders, shopping, and fostering client fitness goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent time-management and reliable transportation are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response is valued.
• A heart for vulnerable people and willingness to provide companionship are important.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take medications on time.
• Assist with shopping and groceries.
• Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with clients.
• Assist with mobility and accompany to appointments and activities.
