Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site pilot studies to assess feasibility of implementing evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate ongoing site outreach to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Develop pilot-specific knowledge translation and implementation support tools.
• Analyze pilot data to determine effectiveness of implementation strategies.
• Produce reports and implementation guides to inform scaled deployment.
