Job summary

Knowesis Inc. seeks an Implementation Scientist SME IV to bridge research and clinical practice within the MHS. The role leads rapid improvement studies and partners with PHCoE and DHA to translate findings into scalable practices.

Requires a Doctorate and 13+ years post-doctoral experience in healthcare research translation, with 3+ years leading translation efforts in mental health. Hybrid telework options available, with clearance and full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• At least 13 years of full-time post-doctoral experience directly related to adopting clinical research findings in healthcare delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and areas of underperformance in achieving optimal mental-health outcomes or delivery processes within the MHS.
• Assess potential evidence-based solutions to address performance gaps.
• Lead the development of rapid improvement/implementation science initiatives (pilot studies) to test feasibility of solution adoption.
• Ensure study designs systematically vary implementation strategies to assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with DHA leaders to implement successful trials enterprise-wide.
• Produce technical artifacts (reports, tools, briefs, presentations, manuscripts) aligned with PHCoE mission.
