Qualifications

• Doctorate in health-related/behavioral science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years postdoctoral experience in implementation science or quality improvement research.
• Experience with implementation science frameworks and large hospital networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply implementation science expertise to multi-site pilot studies for feasibility of new practices.
• Conduct ongoing outreach to pilot sites to monitor progress and adjust strategies for uptake and fidelity.
• Develop pilot-specific knowledge translation and implementation support tools.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative pilot data to compare strategies.
• Prepare summative reports and implementation guides to enable expansion.
